Returns: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are disatified for any reason return the unused part for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping to you with in 15 days. Specific instructions will be provided for the return of cores. Any product with core requirements will be clearly indidicated in its product description. Return shipping new or cores is not included. Warranties: Warranties vary by product manufacturer and distributor. OEM/Road safe (brand) products are 3 years/36,000, LOVELLS as specided on their web site. EXCLUSIONS: Warranties do not apply to items installed on vehicles used for any form of racing, off-road, agricultural or used in commercial vehicles. Damage and or failure caused by another faulty and or damaged parts, improper installation, accident, abuse, items that have been modified or used in a manner, purpose or application for which it was not designed or intended. The limited warranty above represent the total liability of our company and that we make no other warranty, expressed or implied, including the expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use while the part is being replaced, including the cost of labor costs, legal fees, rental cars, towing charges, telephone calls, and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out part.
