PAYPAL FEES will be deducted from REFUNDS for ALL ORDERS INCLUDING RETURNS,CANCEL ORDERS OR CHANGE of ADDRESS. 

Returns: NEW returns are accepted up to 15 days from Purchase . ALL Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. ALL new returns must be in NEW condition. Returns that are opened, damaged or missing components will not be refunded. If the product is returned in unacceptaple condition, no refund will be issued and the product will only be returned to you at your own expense. Return shipping new, or warranty is not included. Warranties: Warranties vary by product manufacturer and distributor ALL WARANTIES are the responsibility of the manufacturer. ALL Warranty claims must be returned and approved. ALL Special orders are FINAL SALE and not returnable under ANY circumstance. Warranties do not apply to items installed on vehicles used for any form of racing, off-road, agricultural or used in commercial vehicles. Damage and or failure caused by another faulty and or damaged parts, improper installation, accident, abuse, items that have been modified or used in a manner, purpose or application for which it was not designed or intended. The limited warranty above represent the total liability of our company and that we make no other warranty, expressed or implied, including the expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use while the part is being replaced, including the cost of labor costs, legal fees, rental cars, towing charges, telephone calls, and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out parts. KOLLAR RACING CAN CANCEL ANY ORDER  AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. IF CANCELLED YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL. ORDERS WITH PRICING OR SHIPPING ERRORS WILL NOT BE FILLED AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED

INSTALLED SPRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL ELECTRICAL,FUEL SYSTEM PARTS  AND WHEELS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE. 

ALL CLAIMS OF SHORT OR SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITH IN THREE DAYS OF DELIVERY
